Thornaby FC can confirm that Koby Erratt-Thompson has left the club. Koby made 17 appearances for us since joining at the start of the season and gave everything every time he pulled on the shirt. Thanks for your efforts, Koby, and all the very best for what comes next🤝

Chairman’s announcement. With immediate effect, I would like to announce, that following a run of disappointing results, Leon Carling and Dave Onions have resigned from Bishop Auckland FC. We would like to take the opportunity in thanking both Leon and Dave. Leon, leaves behind him a legacy that will not be forgotten. Leon had a couple of spells as player at Heritage Park before joining us some 4 years ago as part of the Management Team where he helped save us from relegation to the Northern League Division 2, which was followed by a successful season where we just missed promotion. His successful leadership alongside Chris Hardy saw us crowned 2023-24 Northern League Division One Champions and promote us to the Northern Premier East Division. Thank you for everything Leon and Dave and good luck to you both for the future. The Board of Directors will make a further announcement in due course. Some words from Leon… I would just like to thank, Catherine Steve Terry and Jack for their unwavering support, it’s been a pleasure contributing towards the clubs promotion success. However, my sole objective has always been to see the club improve and grow and now feel the time for a fresh face and new voice is needed to take the club forward, despite results there is still plenty of games left in the season to improve on last years top half finish so please get behind the players and the next management team when that decision is made. #TwoBlues #TheBishops
