@Pelotrain Best investment I ever made in cycling. Forget the carbon wheels, super light chain, Aero bar etc. Had all that for ages, But nothing changed my riding & bettered my results more than my ergo fit with @jt_salzwedel at @science2sport , & it was prob the cheapest upgrade of the lot
