One quick audit you can run yourself this weekend: Sign up for your own product with a fresh email. Time how many seconds between "account created" and "I get why this is useful." If it's over 60 seconds, that's your leak. Fix that before you touch pricing or ads.

In my SaaS that I made with RoR and some AI I am getting a lot of signups but no $39 lifetime payment. I think I will remove the signup to test it. I am getting a lot of fake users. Users will need to pay to be a user. ClickParaChatear com
