After a few months of marketing, I realized I didn't listen to my customers and find their actual problems. Got a lot of "Looks really good!" But nobody ever stayed. Instead of adding more lines of code, I actually talked to customers and found out their pain points. After about 7 days my bounce rate is starting to drop after pivoting and changing some things around
