Burial service for Private John Tame of 2nd Battalion, The Royal Berkshire Regiment, who was killed in action on 16 August 1917.
The service took place at our New Irish Farm Cemetery in 🇧🇪 this week.

Today, L/S Robert Brand (9/HLI) was buried with his 2 comrades. Their remains were discovered in 2018/2019 at Neuve Eglise. They fell on 13/04/1918, during the German Spring Offensive, and had to be left in their foxholes until we recovered their bodies

What I feared the most, has happened. This lady who was carried out of the maternity hospital after it had been bombed, died. As did her baby… Can't help but crying 💔

@FlandersBTour You're right, Gen. I am literally crying when watching this. Having a baby should be the most beautiful experience in your life and for these people it is hell. Not knowing whether they and their little one will survive. How can human beings do this to other human beings 😔
