Life throws you curves and hurdles. Dealing with a heel contusion hasn't allowed me to perform the way I would like. Dropping out of meets my senior year because of injury hurts, I'll never get those back. Even though Stanford didn't go the way I wanted, it was a awesome experience that I'll remember forever. I look forward to getting healthy and attacking the last part of the track season head on.

Locking in for the Stanford Invitational tomorrow. Not going to be 100% because of injury, but we are going full send to see what happens.

League meet 1 results, PR'd in ths 110H, 1st (ranked 79 in Ca) PR'd in the 4x100, 1st Season best time in the 100, 3rd Fell in the 300H but was able to still secure 2nd. 🔥Also received news today that I qualified and will be competing at Stanford on April 3rd/4th🔥

Came into the 110H as the 5th seed, finished 3rd overall. Came into the 300H as the 6th seed, finished 3rd overall. Still have work to do but we are headed in the right direction.

Day 1 of competition complete. 1st in the Sprint med(2nd best in school history) 4th in the 4x100(hand off's sucked) 4th in the 65 shuttle hurdles(with 3 non-hurdlers) Day 2 110 hurdles 100 meter dash 300 hurdles It's a quick turnaround, but PRs are made to be broken.

Coaches!!! For 2 years he played by my side not letting teams score. But he's also a huge threat as a WR/slot/TE. He's a '27 that's a steal. Don't be late to the table!

Indoor track season has officially ended. Having never competed in any of these events before, I've grown to love it. In my last meet, I was able to PR after fighting the Flu for 4 days this week and having a subpar start.
