Bickerstaff: Detroit Pistons Forward Tobias Was Treated 'Poorly' On Philadelphia 76ers During an interview with the @RoadTrippinShow crew, JB Bickerstaff spoke about which player on the Pistons' brings the most value behind the scenes, and he immediately thought of how puzzling it was that Philly would part ways with Tobias Harris. “Every single day, he’s the same person, same attitude, consummate professional, willing to teach anyone anything,” Bickerstaff said. “[He’s] willing to sit with guys. Cade Cunningham pneumothorax -Likely caused by blunt trauma. Often has rib fracture. -Reports suggest mild with no hospitalization, which prob means did not need chest tube & avoided more serious tension pneumothorax -Reports say re-eval in 2wks, which would imply that the pneumothorax has already resolved on a follow-up chest XR. Excellent news there. -Avoid air travel for 1-3 weeks after resolution. -Return to play depends on severity - days to weeks. -OVERALL good news as sounds like a mild case and will be fine soon. No concern long-term.

@pistons_jack I believe the NBA allows for two “near-miss games” to count towards the 65 total if the player logged between 15-19 minutes in those two games, so Ausar could still be eligible.

@AriWagner_ I’m having a bit of a renaissance on the role I think Huerter can play for the Pistons. He’s looked like a secondary playmaker at times with good decision making, handles and quickness. May take some time to fully click, but he can hoop.

The trade deadline still feels weird. Detroit spent months being linked to players like Markkanen and Trey Murphy. Pistons needed one aggressive swing and instead the move ends up being Ivey ↔ Huerter… and Huerter barely plays. #DetroitBasketball
