@saltyAom Is it possible to infer a typed http client for front-end apps / SDKs, in a similar way ? (without any intermediate build / codegen)

The fact that people think "It's just Zod schema" or something similar, and brush this off, is funny to me Because it proves that this doesn't exist Let me get this straight It's this, no annotation needed

I'm very confident that this is Elysia's best feature No frameworks have ever pulled it off at this level It turns TypeScript into an API documentation - No additional setup - No CLI tools to run - No code change - Works with every TS library Yet no one is talking about it

Both sides in a dispute will tend to claim the other is motivated by ideology, but there is a neutral and fairly precise way to measure this: the degree to which the demands of ideology take precedence over Occam's Razor.

@Austen It's not so much about approval than about confronting your work to people who may (and probably will) disagree with you. Like a programmer getting their pull requests reviewed.

@paulg Particularly true for what people want to believe *about themselves*. Having impostor syndrome means ones needs to see a lot of evidence of their worth before being confident.

You can tell what people want believe by their standards for evidence. The lower their standard for evidence for x, the stronger their desire to believe x must be.
