Had an easy 30-40 min run this morning. Just did not feel like getting up and going to do it and was absolutely dreading it when I did get up
Mid run i realized how grateful and lucky i am to be living in the best city in the world and being ABLE to exercise
if you’re ever feeling down or don’t want to workout, that’s the biggest sign to GO AND DO IT
you will never regret moving your body. your mind will thank you

Also first day using Brick. Locked myself out of all social apps before I left for the office and kept the Brick device at home. I genuinely felt like I was on adderall at work. Disappointed that it’s gotten to this, but excited to continue using it. Girlfriend is already over me yelling “I’m bricked!”
