This isn't counting the freak day (Feb 19) where I let my agents commit as *me* before setting up a separate account. That day alone: 151 contributions. At least 90% would've been them, not me ... So say 826 total for me since Jan 1. And 675 for them ... in less than a month.

According to GitHub, I have 962 contributions so far in 2026 (across public and private repos). At the same time, I've been building a fully autonomous AI platform to drive development of some projects. My agents? They have 539 contributions ... since Feb 21.

Your private key is a single point of failure. Threshold signatures fix that — splitting the secret across parties so no one person holds the full key. DKLS23 does it in 3 rounds with standard ECDSA output. I've been building a tool to visualize the entire ceremony. More soon.

@chrislema @CasJam Between constantly reinforcing Markdown over DOCX I also find I have to constantly reinforce Mermaid over ASCII for various diagrams and flowcharts, too. It's a bit frustrating.

@CasJam It's in every instruction of every project for me (that I want markdown). It's crazy to me too!

Claude .ai has been defaulting to creating .docx artifacts instead of markdown artifacts and it's really annoying to remind it I never want that.

The only time I did this was working at a summer camp. I was legitimately gross after a day on the trails. I also lived in a tent and slept with the flaps open - made for cool evenings. Since I ended late and started early, skipping an AM shower maxed my cot time.

@BlakeWhittle7 Folders and archive. I have thousands of emails retained for records, but try to maintain 0 in my active inbox. It's just a waiting area for triage.

How do inbox zero people record retain records? Do they get an email item completed and then delete that email?

Discovered an injected popunder clickjacking script on my favorite web comic today and spent my morning documenting and disclosing the issue to the publishing team. Yay.

Tracking metrics ... had this all gone through Claude it would've cost me > $200 o_0 The local inference isn't nearly as fast as Sonnet or Opus, but still doing the job within the harness I've built. And that it can grind 24/7 without me babysitting it is just fantastic!

Queued up an agentic workflow to grind on a side project while I was otherwise focused on work. Checked on it a few minutes ago. Outstanding! 18 tickets shipped. 3 still in flight. All tests and CI passing.

Teaching my agents to decompose specs and designs into discrete tasks and subtasks, then work on them in concert until they have tested, reviewed, and stable code ready to ship. I know how I spend my weekends ...

Today I used a swarm of AI agents to build a mobile app interface for Swordfish. There were a few mis-starts with the APK packaging but, in the end, they were successful! I'll do some rounds of polish later before it goes to the Play store. #BuildInPublic

@jeffr0 I tried SimplyStatic for that ... but it wasn't as simple as I wanted. So I've been working on realizing my own dream along similar lines ;-) I'll let you know when a beta is ready to ship.

Submitted my first new WordPress plugin in ages today to the repo. If/When it's approved I'll share some more information about it :-) Could it eventually be a core project perhaps?

Apparently I set up a profile with CareerBuilder in 2008. They just now started sending me job matches. The latency here is unbelievable.

The amount of junk mail and phishing messages I get from domains with `claw` in them now is just depressing.

the distinction matters. vibe coding is 'generate something that looks right.' agent-driven workflow is 'here are the tests, the architecture constraints, the existing patterns — implement this module.' one is slot machine, the other is delegation with guardrails. very different failure modes too
