@phpstorm Well i was working on a Laravel project when it froze. I can’t recall particularly what caused it but it never got slow, it would just freeze in the middle of coding. After I highlight something or just when I’m typing.

@ericmcwinner Hello, We are sorry for the unpleasant experience caused by the recent update. Do you recall any kind of a pattern in those freezes? Like specific files (JS or PHP) or actions that were especially slow?

My @phpstorm been freezing on my Mac ever since the latest 2024.1 release 🥲🥲🥲 I even went as far as completely installing from scratch and using really few plugins. Anybody else experiencing this?
