Kudos for implementing a nuanced UX for data like this. An often forgotten business data processing UX is email. When we did this at hyphen years ago it felt like over engineering, but I first saw it with posterous in 2009

Decide Mail is one of the best ways I envisioned AI being integrated. Something that doesn’t require extra cognitive load or context switching. Something that works as part of your current work tools. All working professionals use email at work, so this is a good starting point for us.
