I actually really like the Mesidor pick. They probably only get five years out of him, but he's ready to compete now. Any of the guards would have been a reach. Fine with it.

@dantalkssports I think age is irrelevant. He's basically a "ready now" player. A la Tuli, without having to wait for development. You get 5 years of production, and it's worth it. He contributes NOW.

The Chargers take Akheem Mesidor who was the best edge rusher left in my opinion and the most ready to help contribute in 2026. A guy that showed he can make big plays as a rusher and against the run. Biggest problem is he is a huge age outlier, which is a pretty big risk.
