An active manhunt is underway in McCaysville for Timothy Ramsey, police say he shot and critically injured a police captain last night. They say to call 911 immediately if you see him and don’t approach him. @FOX5Atlanta

Family and friends of 16 year old Zion Barrett are gathering to remember him in Hampton. Clayton County Police still haven’t confirmed any arrests in his murder investigation. @FOX5Atlanta

As we were reporting on the homicide of 16-year-old Zion Barrett in Hampton, Clayton Co PD officers stormed this house on Staring Trail and detained 2 ppl. CCPD confirms this action was related to the investigation into Barrett’s death. @FOX5Atlanta

DeKalb County PD is investigating a shooting at the Beauty Exposed salon on Memorial Drive. A lot of shell casings and bullet holes but miraculously no one was hit. DKPD says they’re now looking for multiple suspects. @FOX5Atlanta

ON SCENE: The Coweta County Sheriff’s Office says its deputies exchanged gunfire with a suspect at this home on Wedgwood Circle today. One victim had to be airlifted to Grady Hospital. It appears a patrol car was involved. Working to get more details now. @FOX5Atlanta

Some images from my reporting today in Cleburne Co, AL. Flash flooding in Knokes Creek washed cars off of County Roads 41 and 10. One person drowned and two others had to be rescued. Ppl there say it’s the first deadly flooding there they can remember. @FOX5Atlanta

Big turnout for a candlelight vigil honoring D’Anthony Reaves. APD says he was shot and killed early this morning on Forsyth street near the Greyhound bus station. Family says he was a free spirit who loved to dance. He leaves behind 12 children and 8 stepchildren. @FOX5Atlanta
