Would be cool to have a 'Hub Utilization Dashboard' to keep track of how much of the platform your team is using (and get recommendations about what you're not using but should be).

@alischwanke @HubSpot Hubspot specifically has such a depth of features it's hard to feel like I'm getting the full value from it. There's also the semi-present bugbear of having an issue and finding the solution behind a paywall. I understand why, but it still drives me nuts.

Finally, model after your PM friends and use some of their tricks against your tech debt roadmap. Write up a 1 pager. Draft some OKRs. Name the project something like “Project Blowtorch” or “Deprecate-it December.” Build momentum and buy in.
