My grandpa treated me like I was his own, but he wasn't my blood grandpa. He became a father to my grandma's 5 children when he married her. I couldn't imagine thinking of him as a weak man. He was not. He was one of the best men I've known. So many kids would not have a dad at all if not for a loving step father. It may not be for you and that's okay, but calling them weak is crazy. What about mothers that are windows and get remarried. Are their husbands less of a man?
