@M_Raichous @TheAmreld Scott made the story of the missing children incident. That was entirely him. FNaF 2 didn’t incorporate any fandom ideas. The puppet story and the “purple guy” stuff was all him too. Springtrap was all him. Happiest Day was all him. That’s good writing imo

@TheAmreld View it from my perspective as a writer who busts his ass to make something great constantly Scott made FNAF as a last resort before and people made shit up and called it a story and he gets credited for what people consider a “good” storyline. It is flat bullshit.

Scott Cawthon is not a good writer. He got successful through luck and giving little bits of scattered unconnected information that the fanbase then connected and claimed was a good story.

@habitovin I think the franchise has struggled with clunky transitions into its different stories. FNaF 4, FNaF world, and Sister Location were a weird disillusionment period for the fan base I think. Same with help wanted and security breach.

@pokeli The mario rpg remake visuals and engine are way more polished and the og game was less flawed than dp, I think it's pretty simple

It's alright to appreciate the Mario RPG remake on Switch, but not Pokemon BD/SP. Yet, they kind of did the same things and style. (BD/SP) did more than being faithful than Mario RPG btw. Still like those game though but still) I just think people expected too much from BD/SP. That's my sole guess. Changing style from time to time is better than staying with the same concept again and again. I'm not attempting to reason with individuals. Your thoughts are entirely your own, but for me, it's somewhat baffling to see.
