It should be a strike if a hitter tries to challenge a pitch and they have no challenges left. And a ball if the pitcher/catcher do it.

Tonight @USABaseball scored 15+ runs, drew 15+ walks and struck out 15+ batters. No other team has done that in a WBC or MLB game in the modern era.
