@SebastianStroeh @AdrianAWanner @PrincetonNeuro These are first steps towards in silico staining experiments and we hope this will be a useful tool for the development of reliable staining procedures in particular for large samples such as whole brains.

@AdrianAWanner @PrincetonNeuro We demonstrate that the method can be used to get access to the in situ staining kinetics and we developed a diffusion-reaction-advection model that accurately simulates the measured accumulation of osmium in tissue.
