@facebookapp Day 4 and two-factor authentication is STILL not working. No codes are actually being sent. No codes generated from authentication apps are valid. STILL no response or help from @Facebook on this.

So Facebook, heard it was a "configuration change".
👏👏👏 to the engineers who fixed the issue and patiently tried to explain the cause to us to no avail.

@facebookapp @Facebook Two factor authentication is still NOT working after the mass logout. None of the codes generated (I use @duosec) are valid. Nor am I receiving any SMS texts codes. What’s the solution for those who still haven’t regained access???

@facebookapp @duohelp @duosec Thanks for replying @duohelp, but I unfortunately do not have the recovery codes nor did I set up recovery with Duo. @facebookapp it would help if you jumped in here and helped those of us still affected by your outage/mass log out.

@facebookapp @duohelp I keep getting “Incorrect Password” message every time I enter the code generated from @duosec. Two factor authentication is NOT functioning in the app nor on desktop. How is it possible to log back in now?

@Delta requested call back after calling customer service. Waited 2 hrs. Call dropped immediately and no one calls back. Wait time again: 2 hrs. How can I get someone to help me now? Out of the country and in need of assistance
