So tonight I'm thinking there are two pathways to #intubation. Some of us go [orange]->[pink], others go [blue]-[pink]. The point is that you do not want to intubate from either [blue] or [orange]. Don't get me started on [yellow].

While things are not great atm, in 2020-21, the collective actions of Dan Andrews & his team, along with other key Fed & State leaders, saved 10's of thousands of lives & averted many x more severe acute & chronic illnesses. These savings were sustained (a story for another day).

@amapresident We get the managers we deserve. I fled administration and became a specialist anaesthetist in large part because the disdain from former colleagues was palpable. Less stress in anaesthesia than management.
