One of the few cases where the SAG role has come under scrutiny and will now result in a reg 28 Coroners report to 'Prevent Future Deaths'. I look forward to the content of that report.

1/3 We have been watching this case closely, the death of a woman who was struck by a performer in a heavy costume, in an open access, historical event (Padstow, Cornwall, May Day). High density crowds and an inaccessible emergency route were factors in this tragedy.
