#MeteorSighting: A very bright daylight fireball was observed by witnesses from the northeast U.S. and Canada this morning, March 17. An analysis of currently available data places first visibility of the meteor above Lake Erie. The fireball - caused by a small asteroid nearly 6 feet in diameter and weighing about 7 tons - moved southeast at 45,000 mph before fragmenting over Valley City. It's actually so fucking easy to make a difference. Be concerned with what people DO. Not what people say. Or what people say they're gonna do. They'll wear themselves out thinking of excuses as to why they couldn't make a difference. Instead of just making a difference.

Went to my local pier yesterday to watch sunset. Got stoned, saw a bunch of garbage, went back to my car, got gloves & bags, yada yada yada 2 hours later I picked up 6 full-on bags of garbage from feet away from the water. Leaving it better than i found it is job 1 in my life.

I was hiking this week. Beautiful day, but the paths were still packed with snow (which was rad actually, much better than mud). At some point for steady footing up an icy hill I started running. 4-ish miles later I stopped running lol. Never could've done that 5 months ago.

13 months of eating one meal a day, and I can't imagine going back to the old ways. We eat three meals a day bc they want to sell us 3, 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 meals a day. 5 months of cold turkey/no suppressant quitting cigs after 25 years of smoking, & I will never smoke cigs again.

@matty_b0nes Hood is about what happens inside of the fridge when the lights go out. It's a huge fuckin party in there, and all of the fruits & vegetables & meats & condiments & MILK are feeling good. But this is why those fridges with the interior cameras are bad because they ruin the party.
