@erie_insurance Really disappointed with Erie Insurance. Their insured hit my car and fled. I identified the driver, filed everything, and it’s been 2+ months with ZERO updates. I’ve called multiple times—no response. This is unacceptable. Please address this ASAP.

No you are not. I just dealt with two of your employees, they could not have been more rude and disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Terrible experience and we were dedicated customers and very loyal. There was no reason for me to be treated with complete disrespect from jump. That was abusive.

@erie_insurance Supposedly I have an update for my claim. When I called some guy rudely told me they’ll try to get back in touch with me within 24 hours and when I called the IT department like the error message said that guy got an attitude and said wrong number and hung up

@erie_insurance Your new multifactor authentication system is insane. I am not installing an app or giving you my biometrics. Immediately add an option to text or email me a code like every other MFA system for every other serious brand. No mobile access is a deal breaker.
