@Hogman It would have been the best update ever if only I could play with my casual friends. Unfortunately sbmm is still horrible for mixed skill parties and we had no fun at all. Back to Arc raiders until this is fixed

@JustTeddii Can we pleaseeeeeee get a SBMM update? I convinced my 2 casual friends to come play but since I'm a "sweat" it put us in super sweaty lobbies and they had absolutely no fun. Make it some kind of average again please!!!

@Fortnite Everyone saying “let anyone have custom lobbies” isn’t thinking about server load. Public matches fill efficiently, custom matches don't. If anyone could create them it would spike costs and hurt matchmaking stability

@NearbyLeaks @Fortnite I'm not certain but I believe the reason this isn't open to anyone is because it takes server space to run custom games and it's a free game and they can't just have anyone doing custom games, it would crash their servers probably.

@Fortnite I dont get why this is exclusive to creators tho. You know how much people complain because they miss mini events since you DONT have immunity for some of them

@JustTeddii Please fix SBMM. My 2 friends and I decided to hop back on after 3 months off and we just couldn't compete because I've played a lot and was unreal ranked before quitting and they're casuals. Whether you realize it or not the Dec changes are driving mixed skill level groups away

@JustTeddii I'd love to come back and play with my friends once you revert the December sbmm changes. Still can't play with any of my friends and they want to come back but it's just not fun because they're not on my level

Why don’t we zoom in on the upcoming “Rematch Rivals” Victory Screen button and the ability to “1v1 Your Friends”… When making the Rivalries gameplay, we asked ourselves the question; Wouldn’t it be cool if… Rivalries could persist across games? I’m sure we all remember Battle Royale matches where you had an organic rivalry, and you remembered the opponents gamertag, only for the rivalry to end when the match is over 😞 But what if we could bottle that up and give it more meaning? Even more than that, I’m sure I’m not alone when I’ve finished a match and a DM pops up to say “you wouldn’t beat me in a 1v1 brah!” 🤣 Now that very person who claims you couldn’t beat them in a 1v1 (brah), can now prove it in our 1v1 invite to Arenas! And the gamertags you battled against for the Victory Royale? They can now be more than just remembered - they can be REMATCHED. So in the upcoming updates as part of Season 2, you’ll see both of these “wouldn’t it be cool if’s…” come to life. As always, would love to hear your thoughts and experiences especially as I believe these to be industry-first features in the Battle Royale genre - just please remember; Keep it friendly competition 🤝 Cheers 🫡

@JustTeddii Please please please, if you guys only revert SBMM I'll play. I'm an easy customer. I like pretty much every season, all the new items are always fun. I just want to be able to play with my friends though. I will stick to Arc Raiders until I hear SBMM is fixed

@FortniteStatus Has sbmm been fixed? Not wanting to waste my time re downloading it and hopping in if it hasn't been fixed. My friends are waiting for me to tell them it's safe to play with me again since we're a mixed skill group

✅ The visual rank mismatch in Battle Royale & Zero Build has been resolved. Restarting the game should update your rank, and Unreal players should see correct leaderboard placement after playing a Ranked match. We're continuing to investigate a separate issue affecting Reload ranks, but your Ranked progress is still being saved. We'll update you once this is sorted.
