This happened on the Long Island Expressway the other day. And @GovKathyHochul isn’t allowing self-driving cars in the state, even outside NYC. Lord save us from these stupid politicians

@BLKMDL3 I just tried iOS carsick mode for the first time the other day and it worked pretty well for me. I feel this feature could even be defaulted on if it is integrated into the UI well enough (rather than dots etc on top)

@BLKMDL3 Carsick mode. The displays should have something like the iOS carsick mode especially for robotaxi occupants. Add visual cues that match what someone looking at distance=infinity would see. Use some nice looking UI element like warp the FSD visualization or moving mist effects

What is one new feature you’d like to see Tesla add in an upcoming software update?

@elonmusk @Tesla I just used the iOS carsick mode and it actually helped. I think the car displays should have something similar for eg the rear (and even front while in robotaxi mode) occupants. I'm imagining some sort of exterior visual that gets warped in a similar way.

@idlethoughtldr @teslayoda I'm currently in the south side of the bay area and currently in an Uber. If I could have taken a Waymo, I would have. Most of Waymo's expansion is not truly available to anyone and is instead available to a few behind wait lists.

@hey_francie @itskyleconner @ChargePointnet 33 hours in, I am still experiencing app issues and barely able to charge. It is quite painful in larger chargepoint installations

As many of you know @ChargePointnet has been having network issues since yesterday. They’ve apparently identified the issue & are working on it & you should be able to charge! 😬 Not ideal - will follow up with CP’s updates ⚡️

@DriveTeslaca The S/X even have compressed air from the air suspension. They should use that in combination with the liquid for even better cleaning+drying. It is trivial hardware to add that to the air suspension system even for both liquid/air wash and dry

@CitizenKent @hondanhon @doctorow An email saying "your energy usage is 117% baseline due to your door opening habits" would be far more useful if they do want to bug you with emails

@CitizenKent @hondanhon @doctorow I have monitoring on a fridge in my house and the energy consumption actually about doubles when I am home and opening it vs away on vacation. Their email somehow neglects to mention how significant opening the door actually is which is critical for understanding their email.
