📂 Claude Code Project Anatomy Most devs use CLAUDE.md wrong. That’s why their AI still feels like a chatbot. If you want Claude to act like a senior engineer… your repo needs structure 👇 Claude needs 4 things: • WHY → what the system does • MAP → where things live • RULES → what’s allowed • WORKFLOWS → how work gets done 📂 Claude Code Project ┃ ┣ 📄 CLAUDE.md ┃ ┣ Purpose (WHY) ┃ ┣ Repo Map (WHAT) ┃ ┗ Rules (HOW) ┃ ┣ 📂 .claude/ ┃ ┣ 📂 skills/ ┃ ┃ ┣ code-review ┃ ┃ ┣ refactor ┃ ┃ ┗ debugging ┃ ┃ ┃ ┗ 📂 hooks/ ┃ ┣ formatter ┃ ┣ tests ┃ ┗ guardrails ┃ ┣ 📂 docs/ ┃ ┣ architecture ┃ ┣ decisions (ADRs) ┃ ┗ runbooks ┃ ┣ 📂 src/ ┃ ┣ auth/ → CLAUDE.md ┃ ┣ persistence/ → CLAUDE.md ┃ ┗ ... ┃ ┣ 📂 infra/ ┃ ┗ CLAUDE.md ┃ ┗ 📄 README.md Prompting is a hack. Structure is the system. When your repo looks like this: Claude stops acting like a chatbot… …and starts acting like a project-native engineer 🚀 Follow me for more AI related content.

@MarkNewtonCMT Mark, I think the real reason is a shift in allies spending from US to other sources. For example, Canada used to spend 70% of its defense budget on US companies, now it is 30%. Rising trade & other tensions among NATO allies offsets current budget, thus asking $1.5T for 2027.

Many investors might be surprised to see that Aerospace & Defense stocks peaked right near the beginning of the attack on Iran As we know, the market's forward looking & $ITA had pushed up 64% ahead of the conflict & many times the height of the conflict is exactly when the market sniffs out an eventual simmering of tension that can shift defense spending patterns. Stocks like Northrup $NOC have fallen sharply since early March & remain out of favor technically @IBDinvestors @marketsurge

@DrJStrategy I understand the bullishness James, but one scenario: Election melt-up ~10%, then a correction ~ 25% before the next bull market. Why? Most underestimate the impact of Gov spending cuts +Mass deportation +tariff + GeoP on growth & sentiment= Euphoria > Panic > Recovery> Bull Run

Under a new Trump administration, the economy could thrive on a potent mix of pro-growth policies and strategic deficit reduction, defying inflation fears as the Fed cuts rates and liquidity swells. With a $1 trillion push into AI and a pro-Bitcoin agenda, the S&P could soar to 7000, challenging conventional wisdom while leaving Canada in the dust.

"What most economists miss, including Wall St & Fed staff is: Tariffs are inflationary in the beginning (force vendors to raise prices to protect profit) & deflationary later (reduce demand on less purchasing power). Timing? Depends on rate of change of tariff hikes. - Med Jones

SPX down ~7% looks like a regular pullback, but under the hood there is a vicious rolling bear market. Macro is not good = combines assets & sectorial stress from 2000, 2008,1970s & 1940s (Ask how?) Be safe: When in doubt stay out, or be agile (know what to trade & for how long)

I put the entire Claude Code GTM Engineering Playbook into ONE Notion doc. 8 sections. No fluff. - How to get set up correctly from day one: Pro plan, terminal install across Mac, Linux, and Windows, GUI install via Antigravity or VS Code, and bypass permissions mode - What to put in your project brain file, what to leave out, and how to get Claude to update it automatically when it keeps making the same mistake - How to run plan mode step by step and when to skip it for simple tasks - How to build a skill file from scratch, fix one that keeps failing, and install 5 GTM skills worth building first: lead scraping, email labeling, proposal generation, outbound sequence writing, and client onboarding - MCP install process, token cost checks after every install, the best MCPs for GTM work, and how to cut token usage by 50 to 100x by converting MCPs into skills - Sub-agents and agent teams: the 3 cases where they earn their cost, reliability math for parallel runs, and how to enable parallel variant exploration - What is eating your context before you type anything, how to use /compact and /clear correctly, and model selection for parent vs sub-agents - Modal deployment: any skill as a live URL in under 2 minutes, form interface setup, and connection to n8n, Make, or Zapier This is the setup I would have KILLED for before spending months piecing together how to actually get productive in Claude Code from documentation, YouTube tutorials, and scattered GitHub threads. Like + comment "CODE" and I'll send it over (must be connected for priority access)

🚨Risk Alert: Pension funds investing trillions of dollars in Private Equity junk debt instruments, including CLO floating interest rate! Even worse, PE firms are now lobbying to access your 401K. What will happen when bankruptcies rise? Another bail out?! Beware of the risks

@LukeGromen @TommyThornton Barring news cycle manipulation, all correlations go to 1 tomorrow (negative) except for VIX, $SGOV and cash equivalent. What about oil? It should be up, but not sure, considering Bessent undercover futures manipulation and news headlines games.

@Crowded_Mkt_Rpt @Seeking_Alpaca @DariusDale42 @CyclesWithBach If oil supply destruction is not resolved soon & no sufficient fiscal & monetary support (due debt or fear of inflation), I would not be surprised to see global recession. International diversification will not help. Only agile idiosyncratic trades can work.

@MarkNewtonCMT @Ritholtz This is normal behavior. Gold rallies on risk, when risk hits investors raise liquidity. Economy is weakening, gold will drop until the next bailout. and it will rally again to new highs.

They should be crashing.. theyre very late in their cycle.. real rates are pressing higher. We're literally on thr verge of both bund yields and UST yields exceeding multi year bases as inflation expectations get repriced.. central banks have halted their purchases, ETF outflows have picked up.. Gold had a Monthly RSI of 95.. Wake me up in July

We are in the midst of a hot war in the Middle East, with Oil prices kissing $120, a cooling (pre-war) labor market, and the odds of a recession ticking up from modest levels. And despite all of this geopolitical economic chaos, Silver and Gold are both crashing. Besides capital flow reversals and speculative unwind, can anyone explain what is driving this action?

@RyanDetrick BDC ≠ Lehman, I agree. But "US economy is solid"?! You are looking in rear mirror, even then manipulated BLS data does not show solid economy. Markets are forward looking... Would not be surprised of market is -20%. Be safe!
