@DrTLovesBooks As I finish year 4 & head into year 5 I can absolutely attest to this! I’m still weeding items from the 1970s, adjusting shelving & cataloging, building relationships with staff, and learning from our students. It is a beautiful thing, but it is a process!

Best medical advice I can offer anyone who isn't feeling well:
Take 2 episodes of OLD ENOUGH on Netflix - Japanese reality show about kids ages 2-4 being sent on their very first solo errands. Short, cute, spirit-raising.
