Edmodo is a really cool site. I found a lot of useful, free, information that will help me teach high school English. #CSUBTED

@HansTullmann Technology allows communication with parents like never before. All a parent needs to do is check his or her student's grade on a phone or laptop. Teachers can text each other important information.

A3: Technology breaks down barriers to collaboration. It makes communication and creation accessible beyond a specific time or place. Distance, multiple schedules, and paper documents are no longer a hindrance to meaningful work. #csubedte4200 #csubted

@GonzalezAhime @Duncannedd Teachers can promote using technology to produce rather than consume by remaining tech-savy and up to date on the best interactive and fun sites to promote learning comprehension. #CSUBTED

We can promote using technology to produce rather consuming by teaching kids what technology can be used for and it’s benefits, instead of allowing them to waste hours being unproductive playing. @Duncannedd #csubted #csubedte4200

@Tech_Buddha A4) Have them make powerpoints, sites, and make videos just like we do in this class! Constantly creating and inspiring them to get creative is a good way to keep them active and help them grow technologically. #CSUBTED

@Tech_Buddha A4) Having children create powerpoints and sharing with the class is a great way for them to learn technology while also retaining and delivering the information back to their classmates. @Duncannedd #CSUBTED #csubedte4200

@Tech_Buddha As a high school English teacher, offering a few extra points for typing responses can be a great way to achieve this! #CSUBTED

@tom_karnes A2- my favorite experience in school was in junior high. We had to build a boat to float across the pool using milk cartons. Technology was not used for this, but i think technology could be used now to research good layout ideas for the cartons. @doctor2pi #CSUBTED

@tom_karnes I graduated in 2014 and there was not much technology used in my high school at that time. However, in junior high we had smart boards. The class was motivated to do good because that might allow time at the end of class to draw on the smart board. #CSUBTED @Duncannedd
