Sorry for being cold and distant lately but on Friday my dog passed away because of a thymus tumor. It’s a type of tumor that, if caught early, can be surgically removed but unfortunately we discovered it too late.

I just know they're gonna sell eia wrapping paper for Christmas.

@Erixdar Mi dispiace tanto per la tua perdita, non sapevo dell'esistenza di questo tipo di tumore. Cercherò di informarmi meglio alla prossima visita dal veterinario, considerando che faccio fare al mio gatto una visita annuale per un richiamo al vaccino.

Even if they show no symptoms and their blood tests look perfect, they could still have slowly growing tumors you wouldn’t otherwise notice.

We thought we had just been incredibly unlucky, but the truth is that tumors are one of the most common causes of death in dogs. So PLEASE make sure your pets get regular ultrasounds and x rays every year.
