Hi @zDomainName we see the frustration! Our compliance AML CTF program prohibits us from sharing detailed reasons for termination of transactions and individual accounts according to US federal and state AML regulations. Without digging into the specific transaction in question, most likely the user in question demonstrated red flags that prohibited us from working with the transaction and the funds.

They canceled a mid 5 figure deal from a serious buyer, won't give me the reason except buyer wasn't accepted! Talk to buyer he's baffled. They drag it for 10 days no reply no explanation nothing! I took a shot transfered the domain to the buyer on faith established thru the ordeal and he wired the money straight into our account 🙏 the customer service became a joke 🤪
