To keep my stamina up, I did my usual 40 minutes on the stepmill at speed 10 without a break, then finished off with 20 minutes on the treadmill. My legs are officially shaking, but I still have a few more things left on my schedule for the day. 12.17 Riwoo's Day, over and out!

Today has been pretty intense. I’ve been practicing for MMA and two other award shows, which has been tough because we’re trying something new consider that your tiny spoiler alert.
