ALMA Services Affected by Cyberattack | Last Saturday, October 29, at 6:14 AM, the ALMA observatory in Chile suffered a cyberattack on its computer systems, forcing the suspension of astronomical observations and the public website.

@MatBethermin Hi @MatBethermin. It's not a general problem and you're not unlucky😀. All Phase 2 material is generated automatically by ALMA, so PIs do not need to submit Phase 2 material.

Mmmm... The Phase 2 should have been submitted more than a year before the cycle 9 proposal deadline. I am working on high POSITIVE redshift and not on ultra low negative z. I cannot see the future 🤣 @EsoARC, is it a general problem or I am just unlucky? (I made a ticket.)

Stage 1 proposal review is done. Stage 2 is now open! Stage 2 is a non-mandatory stage in which reviewers have the option to read the reviews from the other reviewers and are able to modify their original ranks. Deadline: Thursday 16 June at 15:00 UTC #almacycle9
