Seems to me that to be a "Blueblood" program, it would need to have multiple championships with different coaches and in different eras. Might include Final Fours with multiple Coaches and different eras as well. UK, UCLA, Kansas, North Carolina, Duke, Louisville and UCONN all fit the bill.
