Well i can say I've achieved workouts goal this Ramadan, staying consistent with exercising, lowered overall weights by 15% and what helped the most is changing to PPL routine with 3 days week only!. Which gave enough time to recover in between and lets not forget the good sleep.

امبارح قريت theory اسمها the last meeting theory و بصراحة حسيت انها فعلاً حقيقية اوي. و معناها ان لما اتنين يكونوا خلّصوا دورهم في حياة بعض، وشاركوا كل التجارب اللي كان لازم يعدّوا بيها سوا، الكون ساعتها بيحرص إن طرقهم ما تتقاطعش تاني. و حتى لو عايشين في نفس المدينة أو ليهم نفس الدواير الاجتماعية، المقابلة الأخيرة دي، اللي غالبًا محدش بياخد باله إنها الأخيرة، بتكون علامة على فراق نهائي. الفكرة اني لما فكرت فعلاً، لقيت انها حصلت بجد مع اكتر من شخص.
