Big Goals for 2025: @trybetterbrand & CWTCH Are Gearing Up 🚀
2024 was all about building the foundation.
2025? It’s about breaking boundaries.
Here are the 5 big moves we’re planning to make:
1️⃣ Betterbrand Subscribers to New Highs
We’re doubling down on subscription growth—focused on giving our customers more reasons to stay loyal.
Think smarter content, personalized offers, and unmatched value.
2️⃣ A New Brand for Men’s Performance Supplements
This one’s huge: a bold, innovative men’s performance brand is coming.
It’s going to tackle gaps in the market with products that actually deliver.
3️⃣ AI & Automation for Smarter Scaling
From content creation to logistics, we’re integrating more AI to cut costs and save time.
2025 is all about working smarter, not harder.
4️⃣ The Brand-Building Bible
We’re creating an A-to-Z guide for building and running e-commerce brands.
Everything we’ve learned—formulation, design, marketing, scaling—packed into one playbook.
5️⃣ Helping 5 More Brands Take Off
Through CWTCH, we’re planning to help 5 brands launch, grow, and thrive.
Plus, we’ll expand consulting services to guide brands on manufacturing and strategy.
E-commerce is about to rip off in ways we’ve never seen.
This is the year to go bigger, faster, and smarter.

I showed you the UAE. Now look at the country next door.
Saudi Arabia.
36 million people. And the ecom numbers are fucking staggering.
Saudi Arabia's ecom market hit $31.3 billion in 2026 and is projected to nearly double to $54.9 billion by 2031 — growing at 11.9% CAGR. The country has 99% internet penetration and 78% 5G coverage. Median age is 30. And 63.7% of all internet users actively buy products online.
Among the highest per-capita spending on beauty and personal care products in the world. Instagram dominates product discovery. A young population that lives on their phones.
Here's what makes Saudi different from the UAE:
The UAE is a market of 10 million where most of the purchasing power is concentrated in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Two cities. Manageable.
Saudi Arabia is 4x the population and the spending power is distributed across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and beyond. The scale potential is significantly larger.
CPMs in Saudi Arabia run $3-7 depending on niche. Not as cheap as Southeast Asia, but the AOVs compensate. Health and beauty products at $80-$150 AOV convert well because the audience expects premium pricing.
Translation into Arabic is required — but if you already translated for the UAE, the same creative works in Saudi with minor dialect adjustments.
The biggest unlock: Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative is actively modernizing ecom infrastructure. Payment processing, logistics, and customs are all improving rapidly. The government is literally investing billions in making it easier for ecom to work.
If your UAE funnel is profitable, Saudi Arabia is the obvious next move. Same language. Similar audience. 4x the population. A market that's doubling in 5 years.
If you have Saudi or Arab connections in the US — this is your competitive advantage. Cultural understanding + Arabic language skills + a proven US funnel = a combination almost nobody else in the DTC space can match right now.

@Essam_refai @FedotOff90 Wishing you the best of luck with your Saudi expansion. The market has strong potential 👍👍

Got connected to a 33-year-old Saudi guy through our WhatsApp community who sells collagen supplements across the Gulf region.
$1.8M/month across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
One product. One funnel. Arabic-language ads.
He told me something that completely reframed how I think about the Middle East:
"Americans think of the Gulf as one small market. It's not. Saudi alone is 36 million people with the highest beauty spending per capita in the region. The combined Gulf states are 60 million people with more disposable income than most European countries."
His CAC across the Gulf: $18 on a $95 AOV product.
Saudi Arabia's ecom market hit $31 billion in 2026 and is growing at 12% annually. 99% internet penetration. 78% 5G coverage. The government's Vision 2030 initiative is literally building the infrastructure to make ecom easier — better logistics, faster payments, customs reform.
He runs the ads himself. Has a customer service team in Riyadh and a 3PL in Jeddah. Total team: 5 people.
His advice: "If you can get Arabic translation right — and I mean RIGHT, not Google Translate — the Gulf market will print for you. The spending power here is unreal and the competition from Western DTC brands is almost zero."
If you have Arab friends or family — put them on this. The Gulf ecom market is growing at double digits and almost nobody from the Western DTC world is there yet.
