🚨 IN-DEPTH PROGRESS UPDATE / UPCOMING MILESTONES 🚨 Hello EstateX family, EstateX is going into a new phase, and I want to inform you all about it. Read this carefully, as it has a lot of exciting and important info. In the coming weeks we will introduce a lot of new stuff to shape the new way moving forward. Step 1 is clarity around everything within the project. We launched Sky Villa’s with our partner FELS, we released the updated tokenomics in the Unicorn clubs, and will also share a new product roadmap next week. NEW LEGAL FRAMEWORK In the coming months we are focusing fully and only on product rollout. Our new legal framework has been finished and setup, this includes us moving away from the EU and focus on a more, sustainable worldwide approach while adhering to regional guidelines and compliance. Backed by legal opinions from qualified lawyers that will be shared soon. We move away from our presence in Germany and Luxembourg and will use a Wyoming DAO LLC structure. With this new structure we can launch properties in just a matter of days, very efficiently instead of months in the old structure. The Wyoming DAO structure lets investors participate in this entity, and purchasing real estate together. By being compliant with EU & UK exemption laws we are fully compliant, backed by legal opinions, in every jurisdiction worldwide. The tech changes for the EstateX investment platform are currently implemented by Graham and team, and after that the focus of the tech team and from Graham will be fully on the rollout of the ESX Blockchain, which is almost ready for full main net release, and Graham is working on this during the weekends. More about the migration to the ESX chain will be released soon. You can also check estatex.network We expect in the coming weeks the platform to be rolled out & blockchain mainnet to go live. Furthermore some things we’ve been working on will be announced and an AMA going over all your questions will be held. We are now pivoting from infrastructure building, to a non-stop execution phase.
