This includes my family, Team Clements, Commission staff, and the many others who have offered their support over this three-and-a-half-year journey. I know that @FERC ‘s good work will continue.  This is see you later, not goodbye. Now, off to the beaches!

As my tenure at @FERC ends, I want to express my gratitude to everyone who has been a part of this journey.  This job truly takes a village, and I am privileged to have had the best.

54 years ago today, as a college sophomore, I covered the first Earth Day for my student newspaper, the Columbia Daily Spectator. There has been much progress in addressing air and water pollution, but today the focus has shifted to climate change and environmental justice.

My latest book was just issued. We must remove CO2 from the atmosphere as a supplement to slashing fossil fuel use; the book explores legal issues in ocean-based technologies. They're still mostly experimental.
