@EstesSupport FIASCO AT YOUR NORRISTOWN, PA Terminal!!! They have failed to deliver my order for 3 weeks!(8 small boxes of flooring) I came to pick it up and THEY DENIED GIVING THEM TO ME?! Even having the @FLOORCITY Shipping manager on the phone verifying it’s MY Package!Help!

@EstesSupport I have been waiting since Friday for Estes to call me with a delivery appointment. It is impossible to contact you by phone or the website. How do I find out the status of my shipment? This is not a cheap item.
