Saw the brilliant Lifers by Evan Placey at @swkplay last night. Directed by Esther Baker & serving a very talented cast, the play looks at the UK prison system & unsurprisingly, finds a grim mess. It's funny, twisty, nuanced and moving. Top notch theatre. Highly recommended.

Caught a preview of Lifers @swkplay. I don't know if I'll get to see the mighty Peter Wight play Lear but this Lear-of-sorts is damn close. Blisteringly complex play with a fierce cast and production. As to be expected from the also mighty @Synergy_Theatre.
