@KenyaPower_Care Are you staff on a go slow ?Why would they keep showing up and never resolving an issue?It's been 5 hrs since they claimed to have forgotten something they went back to collect. 3 days without electricity a km away from you Nairobi West offices. Are you serious ?

@KenyaPower_Care these are all my incident reports in the last 10 days.The latest took 18hrs to resolve and the resolution lasted less than 30 mins and was back darkness. The Kenya Power App won't record the latest incident.
