This is the message which is appearing every time I try to login for the last 20 days. Kindly resolve the issue so that I am able to operate the app smoothly.

I don’t know for the last two days they Nippon mutual fund app is not working and every time I make an effort I get a message. Try again later for the last three days. What is happening? How can I operate? I would like to redeem my fund

Let me make it very clear that I am talking about platinumt RX and time again, they talk about escalating the issue and trying to resolve it for the last three days. It is absolutely lie. They are into some problem which they are trying to hide.

Despite my repeated complaints, neither the Medicine has been delivered to me, which was to be delivered on the 18th March. Nor are they giving me back my refund? It is absolute scam.

@PlatinumRxIndia I am sorry to inform you that I placed an order for life saving drug for the heart on 17 March and the medicines have not been delivered till today and tracking says it is at Delhi airport and delivery is at Delhi. What the hell is going on? This Horrible Service

Also, the medicine which were to be delivered on 19th has not been delivered till today 22nd March, and it is lying at the Delhi airport to be delivered in Delhi will the health ministry. What is the use of your being sorry and I have seen numerous complaints about the delivery and despite my repeated complaints, my medicines have not been delivered till now, will the Health ministry take a notice of this sort of Service, even for life-saving drugs, are delayed

@delhivery very hopeless Service, they don’t understand even the importance of life-saving drugs which is to be delivered on time and below is the tracking since 18th March. It is lying at Delhi airport and they are not able to deliver it in Delhi till today. Now you can Decide

@PlatinumRxIndia I hope you understand the importance of Medicine that to for a heart patient and it is not chocolates or cake which is delayed does not make any difference. Maybe the occasion is postponed or delayed. People will not die. I hope you understand what I mean.

@PlatinumRxIndia You advertise through Anupam Ker and making all false promises. Add for the sake of cheaper Medicine, a patient trust you and you want to kill him by not keeping up your promise. Is this the way you are organisation is running, please improve.
