I guess we have now reached an impasse. Without objective data, we will struggle to know which position to lean towards.
However, regardless of which position is true, police officers harassing young people dressed in a particular way because they suspect them of fraud is still not justified. The sensible thing law enforcement officers should do is to launch an investigation if they suspect anyone of a crime and they should be thoroughly professional while they are at it.

It is wrong if you say its unfounded. This is because its founded on my experience. I had many friends and relatives who engaged in fraud. I was even privy to whatsapp groups made for and run by yahoo boys. I am not aware of the national figure. But my experience is real.
