@EthanDryeee @WolvesSuperfan @growing_daniel Well I lost weight eating alot of calories and still eating alot of calories. Eating the right type of calories for how your body responds to those calories is far more important. Keeping insulin low and insulin sensitivity high, is far more important than calorie restriction.
