My mission to Vietnam starts with the EU–Vietnam Energy Efficiency Startup Day, celebrating AIS4EE — an EU-funded Global Gateway project supporting 🇻🇳 startups driving energy efficiency and the green transition. 🇪🇺 EU remains a key partner for Vietnam’s innovation ecosystem.

Today I met with @FundlaCaixa to discuss the new Caixa Research Institute, Spain’s first centre for immunology research. Immunology is key to advancing research on diseases & innovative treatments. The launch of the institute testifies to the EU’s commitment to health research.
