Does anyone have recommendations for a good #osteopath in #Sheffield -My last one retired. The sciatica is now more than I can bear and can't keep upping the pain meds (I gave birth x2 without drugs, I'm pretty hard as!) but this is now worse than its ever been. 😢 ta lovelies x
