Given all the AI tools out there - has anyone seen anything that will record a customer/transcript a call and summarize key takeaways? Ideally I'd like something super lightweight - e.g. copy call notes into a doc and it summarizes key takeaways.

@pereraw_ @CodingFiend @PeteLeeUs @benblumenrose I always assumed Toast was revolutionizing the POS market (and maybe so) but last time I looked at it it seemed little more than an ordering app.

Increasingly becoming convinced that now is a great time to tackle a meaningful problem with 2-3 people, raise $500k - $1.5M at a fair valuation, and do some heads down building. Seed funds are open for business, talent is looking for work, and no shortage of problems to solve.

There are a lot of smart people who have strong opinions but have never built anything. Yet they talk with such conviction, go figure! Practitioners over Professors.

@galeforceVC This is easily avoidable. Did you tell the founder you wanted to invest BEFORE the intro? Most founders would have likely let you in. Problem is most investors wait for signaling instead of having conviction themselves. Next time say I want to invest upfront & I bet you get in.

Got this message from an investor this am. This was my response. If you have friends that are founders & entrepreneurs check on them, support them because they are dealing with a once-in-a-generation global crisis, & it's not easy but if they are still going they are rock stars!
