Auberge Burgundy is a charming Provençal-style boutique hotel and spa with 19 rooms, nestled on the seafront promenade in historic Hermanus overlooking the Old Harbour and Walker Bay. It stood out for its consistently warm, service-centric approach and timeless dedication to guest experience. They were nominated by Brigitte Sabbe of Ritcarlo Investments - and here’s what she said about them: “Hotel in the heart of Hermanus where the owners are the heart of Hermanus. Their kindness to their guests, staff and community makes it so super special for anyone to experience. They have made many special memories for guests that have walked through their doors.
