🇫🇷Bonsoir à tous, Nous venons d'apprendre une triste nouvelle... Ross a un empêchement professionnel qui fait qu'il ne pourra pas être disponible pour notre convention le mois prochain. Les extras solo de Ross ainsi que la photo duo Ross & Tom seront remboursés d'ici ce soir. Vous recevrez un mail de la billetterie dès que le remboursement aura été activé. Vous n'avez rien à faire de vôtre côté. Au vu de cette nouvelle annulation, nous avons repris les échanges avec certains agents. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour trouver au moins un(e) remplaçant(e). On croise les doigts! ----- 🇺🇸 Hello everyone, We've just received some sad news... Ross has a work commitment that means he won't be available for our convention next month. Ross's solo extras and the Ross & Tom duo photo will be refunded by this evening. You'll receive an email from the ticketing as soon as the refund has been processed. You don't need to do anything. With this cancellation, we just contacted again some agents. We're doing our best to find at least one replacement. Fingers crossed!
