Sorry to bring down the mood but I need advice. My anxiety is becoming unbearable and I can’t ignore it anymore, it’s impacting so much of my life. I’m terrified of the doctors and going on meds but I think I need to. Anyone who has also struggled, what helped you manage it?

@EuropeErasTour Yes, this service is only cancelled at Milton Keynes, it is running from Rugby so all other stations are unaffected :) Leah

@EuropeErasTour Hi Amelia, I'm sorry about this, these services were cancelled due to a shortage in train crew. There would have been a rail replacement bus for the cancelled 14:08. For the 15:08 passengers need to catch the 16:08, and then claim delay-repay here: wmr.uk/delayrepay -Leah
